We have lived locally for a number years and restored several properties of our own, as well as supervising the restoration of others, primarily for English families buying in the area.

· Planning Permission Applications, Minor Works.

· Overseeing Architects' Plans, Planning Applications, Major Works.

· Liaison with the mairie, Other Bureaucratic Bodies. (EDF, Historic Buildings, Commune engineers…)

· Finding Tradesmen and Craftsmen,

· Arranging Payments to Tradesmen.

We have been challenged with a very diverse collection of requests, such as where to rent a concert standard violin, where to find the marble for a special grand staircase finial and get it carved, how to transfer your English registered car to French plates or the installation of high speed internet connection by radio link. We can almost always find a solution!
