Our farm is in the heart of the Bearn region of the western Pyrennees, an area world famous for trekking by foot or horse, climbing, cycling, trout and salmon fishing and hunting. Wild animals abound including bear, wild boar and deer, pine martens and wildcats. Surrounded by National parks, picturesque mountain villages and local culture, but within range of day trips to Spain and historic Pau and Lourdes. Rare and exotic birds and wild flowers abound and the scenery is breathtaking. There are numerous activities for the adventurous in the area including skiing, white water rafting, paragliding, quad biking etc. The keen angler, birdwatcher, or hiker will find this area irresistible. |

The farmhouse is situated amidst 27 hectares of its own pasture and woodland. We have a small herd of local cattle and a flock of sheep, so there are often young lambs and calves around, to the delight of many our younger guests. We live close by at Florence and will be here to greet you and to ensure your holiday is as pleasant as possible. |
